Recent Etsy Sales - Sorry for long absence!

 Sorry for being away and neglecting this blog for so long, but I started back to school in January, and since it's algebra, it's required a HUGE effort on my part since math has always been my Achilles heel!  I've recently sold these items on Etsy, and just wanted to share some pics before I delete them (pics take up so much room on my computer, and I like to delete the photos after I've made a sale, because I'm listing a BUNCH of new stuff in the next few days!)

Henry Lee 60s/70s Three-Piece Secretary Outfit - Polyester HEAVEN in a Vintage Size 16!

Ah...the good ol' days...Maxine hails a cab and heads downtown to her office job - she slips into the elevator and quickly powders her nose in its mirrored walls...she feels confident and powerful in her *stunning* and RARE three-piece outfit by the famous Henry-Lee! Time to make coffee for that demanding boss of hers...

This outfit includes a dress, jacket, and coordinating belt - the dress features a tobacco-brown bodice with a spiffy tie at the neckline, and the skirt is done in a textured heavy poly knit of brown, blue, and white. The coordinating jacket is done in the same pattern as the skirt, and boasts gorgeous soutache trim down the bodice, on the pockets, and on the sleeves (see photos). One of the sharpest features on this outfit is the navy blue shiny belt - it has no holes so it's completely adjustable for comfort, and it can be worn on the dress or outside the jacket!

The only issue with this outfit is that one of the buttons on the left wrist (see pic 2) is missing its little gold "ring" but other than that, it's still in excellent vintage condition!

This outfit is marked a vintage size 16, and in my estimation it could fit a modern 10/12, but please refer to all measurements listed below:

New Shoes, Sweater, Peasant Top & Secretary Outfits on ETSY!

 Wow!  I sure wish these fit me - I call these my Edie/Twiggy 60s shoes - they are by Ferragamo Schiavone, made in Italy, and should fit a 5.5 to a narrow 6.  Priced right!

This is a gorgeous hand-knit granny square open cardi, and it's done in the fabulous orange/avocado green/gold colors that were *everywhere* in the 70s - pick it up before the fall season begins!

This heavily-embroidered peasant top was made in Mexico, and should fit a modern small to medium (40" bust).  Accessories not included, but contact me via Etsy if you're interested in them!

Sweet two-piece secretary/church/luncheon outfit from Blair, marked a size 14 petite.

Vintage CHAUS Hot Pink Top and Skirt - Size 6

Maxine has changed her hair today (funny...I never catch her doing it), and she's here to show you her latest outfit - a vintage 80s ensemble by CHAUS! It's done in a charming floral pattern, and the fabric has a nice "swishy" feel to it - it's hot pink and white, and the top has little shoulder pads, and a real chest pocket!

As you can see, it can be worn either with the top tucked in (first three pics) or untucked (last two pics). It's 100% poly and is machine washable - the skirt buttons at the waist, and has two pockets! The skirt is very full and would look sooo retro with a crinoline underneath, no?

It's marked a size 6, but please refer to the measurements listed below to ensure a proper fit:
